Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [care@kshitijdryfruits.in] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

• Perishable goods such as spices, nuts, dried fruits, and food items that have been opened.
• Gift cards or promotional items.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

The time it takes for the refund to reflect on your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at [care@kshitijdryfruits.in], and we will assist you with the process.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the product and a replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost to you.
